History

Fifteen years ago, this firm was a dream of three undergraduate students. After graduation, Ellsworth stayed at Brigham Young University for law school, Moody traveled south and attended law school at Mercer University in Georgia, and Bennion headed for our nation's capitol where he received his juris doctor at George Washington University.

All three found their way to Las Vegas, Nevada. After various affiliations and experiences during the early 1990s, they opened their door as Ellsworth, Moody & Bennion.

An Evolving Firm

One of the firm's goals is to serve the growing legal challenges in Southern Nevada.  As those challenges continue to change, the practice of law must also evolve.  Today, the combined expertise of the firm's lawyers enables them to handle almost any legal challenge.
