Attorney Charles Bennion heads EMB's immigration practice. Prior to founding EMB in 1997, Mr. Bennion was a trial attorney with the Immigration and Naturalization Services (INS, known as Citizenship and Immigration Services) in their Las Vegas office.

Mr. Bennion was hired through the Department of Justice Honors Program following a year-long clerkship with Chief Justice Thomas Steffen of the Nevada Supreme Court. He also studied and served in the Immigration Clinic while obtaining his law degree at George Washington University.

Having lived in Argentina from 1986 to 1988, Mr. Bennion is fluent in Spanish, and understands the uncertainty and confusion that comes with learning a new language while living in a foreign country. His training and experience, along with a dozen years of private practice, uniquely qualify him to recognize and resolve immigration issues, and to respond to a broad range of immigration needs.
